One price and cost scenario is run through three current official baseline schedules.
- eBay uses the U.S. non-Store most-category rate: 13.6% up to $7,500, 2.35% above that, plus the applicable per-order fee. Its base includes item price, buyer shipping, and buyer tax.
- Etsy uses the 6.5% transaction fee, U.S. Etsy Payments at 3% plus $0.25, and one $0.20 listing fee.
- Walmart uses the Everything Else 15% referral fee. Actual Walmart categories vary and may use thresholds.
- Advertising, upgrades, subscriptions, fulfillment, returns, regulatory fees, currency conversion, and taxes on seller fees are excluded.
