What this TCGplayer estimate covers

The official Marketplace schedule uses different bases for commission and transaction fees.

  • Standard Level 1–4 commission is 10.75% of item price and buyer-paid shipping. Pro and Sync non-Direct commission is 9.25%. Item commission is capped at $75 per product; shipping commission is uncapped.
  • Pro non-Direct orders add 2.5% on items and shipping, with the item portion capped at $75 per product. Sync charges are determined by the provider and entered as a dollar amount.
  • Domestic Marketplace transaction fee is 2.5% of item price, buyer shipping and buyer tax, plus $0.30 for a transaction. This one-item model treats the item as one transaction.
  • Buyer tax is not seller revenue in this estimate. Inventory cost, actual postage and packaging are separate seller expenses. Direct, Pro website, international, refunds and adjustments are excluded.
  • Each fee component uses TCGplayer's published bankers rounding: exact half-cent ties go to the nearest even cent. Confirm the actual statement near the $75 per-item cap.
